Dr. Clifton D. Burt is a member of the American Medical Society, American Academy of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, National Medical Association and Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports, and Occupational Rehabilitation. He received his medical degree from East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine and is licensed in New Jersey and New York.

Dr. Michael M. Cohen is a member of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and trained at the University of Medicine & Dentistry, NJ.

Dr. Steven H. Dane, Medical Director of Sall Myers Medical Associates, joined the neurological staff at Sall Myers Medical Associates in 1995 as the Assistant Director of Neurological Services. He graduated from New York Medical College with an MD and completed his Neurology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He is currently a clinical instructor in the Department of Neurology at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Didier Demesmin has been on staff at Sall Myers Medical Associates since 2010. Dr. Demesmin is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has a subspecialty in Pain Medicine. He completed his medical training at Columbia University in New York and SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

Dr. Michael C. Gerling is a member of the American Board of Orthopedics, having received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, San Diego, San Diego, California. Dr. Gerling is licensed to practice in New Jersey.

Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1997 and completed his training at Howard University, Washington, DC and Lennox Hill Hospital, New York, NY. He speaks English and Spanish. He has been licensed to practice in New Jersey since 2004.

Dr. Nancy S. Liebson graduated from New York Medical College in New York and completed her training at Jacobi Medical Center in New York. She has been licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey since 2000.

Dr. Steven Meyerson has been Board Certified since 1999 and completed his training at New York Medical College in New York. He did his residency in Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology at Westchester Medical Center.

Dr. O’Donovan received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury NY. He specializes in anesthesia and pain medicine.

Dr. Tishuk is certified by the Neurology-American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the Neuromuscular Medicine-American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He graduated from Minsk State Medical Institute, Minsk, Belarus (Currently, Belarusian State Medical University) in 1989.

Dr. Waldorf received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Chiropractic Logan College of Chiropractic - Chesterfield, MO and trained extensively in New Jersey and New York. He is authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Dr. Mark C. Wilner graduated from Autonomous University Guadalajara, Mexico and completed his training at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York. He has been licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey since 1997.

Dr. Jay R. Zaretsky is a member of the American Board of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurologic and Orthopedic Surgeons. He graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and completed his training at Mount Sinai Hospital, NY.
