Dr. Steven H. Dane, Medical Director of Sall Myers Medical Associates, joined the neurological staff at Sall Myers Medical Associates in 1995 as the Assistant Director of Neurological Services. He graduated from New York Medical College with an MD and completed his Neurology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He is currently a clinical instructor in the Department of Neurology at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Didier Demesmin has been on staff at Sall Myers Medical Associates since 2010. Dr. Demesmin is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has a subspecialty in Pain Medicine. He completed his medical training at Columbia University in New York and SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

Dr. Tony George is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Association of Academic Physiatrists, American College of Physician Executives and International Spine Intervention Society.

Dr. Gonella specializes in Internal Medicine. She was graduated from M.D. Universidad Central del Este, San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic in 1982 and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1997 and completed his training at Howard University, Washington, DC and Lennox Hill Hospital, New York, NY. He speaks English and Spanish. He has been licensed to practice in New Jersey since 2004.

Dr. Vjaykumar Kulkarni has been a surgeon since 1976 and has been at Sall Myers Medical Associates since 2002. He received his degree from the University of Bombay in India and completed his internship at the Civil Hospital in India. He completed his residencies at MGM Hospital in Bombay, India and New York Infirmary in New York. He has been published on several occasions and appointed to the committees at several hospitals and medical centers.

Dr. Maio received her degree at Seton Hall University in NJ, and her MD at the University of Naples in Naples Italy where she also completed her internship before returning to St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in NJ to finish her training. Dr. Maio has been on staff with Sall Myers Medical Associates since 1999.

Dr. Steven Meyerson has been Board Certified since 1999 and completed his training at New York Medical College in New York. He did his residency in Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology at Westchester Medical Center.

Dr. Nancy S. Speez graduated from New York Medical College in New York and completed her training at Jacobi Medical Center in New York. She has been licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey since 2000.

Dr. Tishuk is certified by the Neurology-American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the Neuromuscular Medicine-American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He graduated from Minsk State Medical Institute, Minsk, Belarus (Currently, Belarusian State Medical University) in 1989.

Dr. Mark C. Wilmer graduated from Autonomous University Guadalajara, Mexico and completed his training at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York. He has been licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey since 1997.

Dr. Jay R. Zaretsky is a member of the American Board of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurologic and Orthopedic Surgeons. He graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and completed his training at Mount Sinai Hospital, NY.
